We offer a 14-day refund window on any articlos subscription. To request a refund, email hello@articlos.ch within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full.
Email hello@articlos.ch from the email address associated with your articlos account. Include your account email and, if known, your invoice number or bank transfer reference.
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process the refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
For Swiss customers who paid by bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) to Oltion GmbH: the refund is returned to the originating bank account. SEPA refunds typically settle within 3β7 business days; SWIFT refunds may take up to 10 business days.
For international customers who paid through Paddle (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal): Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the merchant of record and processes the refund. Card refunds typically settle within 5β10 business days depending on your card issuer or wallet provider.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation and refund are separate requests. You can cancel through your account settings or by emailing hello@articlos.ch. To request a refund within the 14-day window described above, follow the steps in Section 2.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including any rights of withdrawal under Swiss consumer law or the GDPR for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK.
